Static ads

One ad design, every size and headline you need.

Build the ad once in the editor. Then swap the headline, the offer, and the size, and export a clean PNG, JPEG, or WebP for each one. Your logo, colours, and fonts stay the same across the whole set.

Variants

Change the words, keep the design.

A seasonal offer needs the same layout with a new price, a new date, and a new headline. Each variant below is one data change and one export from the seasonal sale template, made through the API.

How it works

From one design to a full set.

  1. The editor's image start with the AI chat open, an Attach file button, and the message box that shows Uses 50 credits

    Start from a design

Copy a gallery template for free, or import an ad image you already have. An import or an AI build costs 50 credits, and the button shows the cost first.

  2. The editor's Data tab with the template fields and their values beside the canvas

Set the size and the words

Pick the width and height, then type each headline and offer in the data panel. The canvas updates as you type. Each template holds one shape, so a new size needs its own template.

  3. The editor's Export dialog with a brand kit picker, the PNG file type, and a button that says Save and export PNG for 1 credit

    Export the files

Press Export for each variant. The dialog shows the cost, one credit, before you press. Every finished file lands in your Renders list, ready to download.

Sizes

Common ad sizes from one template.

Set the width and height in the editor or in the request. A template holds one layout, so there is no automatic resizing: make one template for each shape you need. Check the network you upload to for its own size rules.

Your files

Every export in one list.

Each finished file sits in your Renders list with its format and size. Download the set and upload it to the ad tool you already use.

  • Files stay for 30 days. Download your own copy before then.
  • A failed export costs nothing, and you can try again.
  • The API and MCP make the same files when your app or agent needs them.

Good to know

What thirds.ai does, and what it leaves to you.

  • thirds.ai makes the image files. You upload them to your ad network and run the campaign there.
  • Each variant is one export and one credit. The preview is free while you decide.
  • An import or an AI build costs 50 credits, so it needs a paid plan or a credit pack. Copying a gallery template is free.
  • Photos and fonts must load from public web addresses. Private and local addresses are blocked.
  • When you import a design, the Terms of Service make you responsible for the rights to the source image.

Questions

Before you start.

Can I start from an ad I already have?
Yes. Import the image and thirds.ai rebuilds it as an editable template with your brand kit applied. The blog post on ad variants walks through it.
How do I make the same ad in three sizes?
Each template holds one layout, so make one template for each shape you need. Then change the words in each one and export. There is no automatic resizing.
Can I use the same template again next month?
Yes. A saved template lives in your library, and every version stays saved. Open it, change the words, and export a new set whenever you need one.
Do I need the API?
No. The editor does the whole job by hand. The API and MCP are there when you want an app or an AI agent to make the set for you.
