The $1 week is for Starter only, once per account, and you add a card to start it. Your 500 trial credits end with the trial, and you can't add extra credits to your bill during it.

The number of files a day on each card assumes one credit for each file. AI work uses more credits.

The price doesn't change with the file, so a 100-page report and a one-line social post both cost 1 credit. If you ask AI to build a design from your words or a picture, that's 50 credits. After that, each change costs 25, or 50 when you add a new picture.

You can add extra credits to your bill only while your plan is active and paid. After AI builds your design, each change you ask for costs 25 credits for words or HTML, and 50 credits when you add a new picture. With credit packs and no plan, you get 1 brand kit and up to 10 files in one batch.

What does one credit buy?
1 credit makes one PDF of up to 100 pages, one image, or one carousel slide. An AI build or image import costs 50 credits. A later AI message costs 25 credits, or 50 when you add a new picture. Generating or regenerating an AI image costs 50 credits.
Do the free tools spend credits?
No. The free tools, such as the social image resizer, never use credits. Credits pay only for the files you make from a saved design and for AI work. Open the social image resizer.
Does each new file need AI?
No. Once a design is saved, every file you make from it uses no AI and costs 1 credit. You pay for AI again only when you ask it to change the design or make a new AI image for it.
What happens when my credits run out?
On the free plan you wait for your next monthly credits or buy a pack. On a paid plan your work keeps going at $0.015 per extra credit, so 1,000 extra files add $15 to your next bill. The most you can add is one month of your plan's credits, and you can set a spending cap on any API key.
Do unused credits carry over?
Plan and pack credits do. Plan credits last three months, so you don't lose a quiet month, and pack credits last twelve. Your 50 free credits reset each month instead.
How does the trial work?
You can try Starter for $1 for your first week, and you get 500 trial credits. After 7 days it becomes Starter at $29 a month or $290 a year unless you cancel. We don't refund the $1, and each account gets one trial.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Open Billing in your account to move between plans or cancel. A cancelled plan runs until the end of the period you paid for. Read the refund and cancellation rules.
Are prices in US dollars, and do they include tax?
All prices are in US dollars before tax. Stripe shows you any VAT or sales tax that applies before you pay.
Can I add team seats?
No. One person owns each account, and there are no team seats. You can make a separate API key for each integration.
Which integrations do you have?
Every plan includes the REST API, the MCP server, and outbound webhooks. Every plan also works with our Zapier and Make apps, which you join from an invite link, and our n8n community node. A file you make through any of them costs the same 1 credit as a file you make in the editor. Read the API docs. Connect Zapier, Make, or n8n.
Do you have a sandbox or test mode?
There's no separate sandbox. You can try templates in the playground for free. A finished file you make when you're signed in uses credits. Try the playground.
Do you publish uptime or offer an SLA?
We don't publish an uptime percentage or offer an SLA with service credits. You can see the current service state and past incidents on the public status page. View service status.
Can I get a data processing agreement?
