It takes a couple of minutes. You put a key from your thirds.ai account in your Hermes settings, add our server, and make one file. Then you set the schedule, and Hermes makes the rest on its own.

On your thirds.ai API keys page, click Create a key, then Create key. Add the key and the server as the Hermes setup guide shows.

In Hermes tools, turn on the thirds.ai tools for scheduled jobs. Then set the schedule and the product list, and have Hermes show the file count and cost before it makes the set.
Yes. The Hermes scheduled tasks guide, checked on 25 September 2026, says you describe a repeat job in plain words and Hermes runs it. Each run sends the new product details to thirds.ai, which makes the files in your brand.
How many files can Hermes make in one run?
One file for each row of your list. A run takes up to 10 rows on the Free plan, 50 on Starter, 100 on Growth, and 200 on Scale.
Where does Hermes get each week's details?
From wherever you tell it to look, such as a file or a sheet Hermes can read. thirds.ai makes the files from the details Hermes sends.
Do I pay for a file that fails?
No. You only pay for finished files. Connecting Hermes and looking at your saved designs is free too, so you can test the setup before you spend anything.
On its own, Hermes draws something new every time, so your logo, colours, and layout shift from one file to the next. Pick a designer-made template, add your logo and colours once, then ask Hermes for the next file, and it builds it from that same design, so every file looks premium.
