Acceptable use policy
Last updated: 6 September 2026
This policy is part of the Terms of service. It lists what you cannot do with thirds.ai. We keep it in plain words, so you can check your use against it quickly.
What you cannot make
Do not use thirds.ai to make:
- Fake or misleading invoices, receipts, or statements.
- Forged or altered official documents, certificates, licences, or identity documents.
- Content for fraud, scams, or phishing.
- Content that is unlawful where you are or where you send it.
- Content that uses images, logos, fonts, text, or designs that you have no right to use.
- Content that pretends to come from a person or a company when it does not.
- Content that harms children, or content that promotes violence against anyone.
- Malware, or files that hide harmful code.
What you cannot do
Do not use thirds.ai to:
- Scan, probe, or attack other systems.
- Reach private or internal network addresses through a render.
- Fetch pages or files through a render that you have no permission to fetch.
- Get around a limit. This includes many failed renders on purpose, many accounts for one person or team, and shared API keys that get past a cap.
- Misuse the AI chat, for example to make content on the lists above, to make the model ignore its rules, or to flood it with automated requests.
- Break or test the isolation of the render workers.
What happens when a rule is broken
We can stop the work, remove the content, suspend the account, or close the account. We choose the step that fits the problem. The Terms of service hold the rules for suspension and closure, and for the claims that come from your content. A failed render never costs credits, but repeated failures count towards a daily limit, and the limit blocks new work for the rest of that day.
Report abuse or a rights problem
Write to support@thirds.ai with:
- The page or file address that shows the problem.
- What the problem is.
- Your name and an email address where we can reach you.
For a rights complaint, also tell us who owns the rights and what you want removed.
We confirm that we have your report. We remove or disable content that we find in breach, and we tell the account holder. You get a first answer within five working days.
